David Mazengarb is the Director of First Mutual. David is an Accountant by trade, with decades of experience in the Financial Services industry. David is chair and a member of the Compliance & Risk and Investment committees.

Dip AII, with over 35 years experience in compliance, back office, software management and marketing within the Financial Services industry, is Company Secretary, and as such a member of the Board and its Sub Committees. His experience includes decades of project management in Marketing, Software development and AFSL Compliance projects, including the introduction of Toyota Insurance to Australia, Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plan for a large industry Super Fund, and the like.

Daryl Currie, who holds a Certificate IV Financial Services (Finance and Mortgage Broking) and CPF for Responsible Managers, has had extensive Credit experience 2008, plus Financial Services involvement from the 1970s, including MD of one of the largest Life Insurance Master Agencies/Life Brokerage business in the industry.

Neil Mackay is a Fellow of the Financial Services Institute of Australia, and holds a Diploma of Financial Planning, and an Advanced Diploma in Accounting. His experience in Financial Services goes back to 1998. He has had extensive experience in providing financial advice, and been a panelist of the Australian Defence Consumer Financial Planning Panel.
